Otherwise, works well - has a switch to pick which direction it rotates, and that's about it. It'll keep massaging for a long while, but I recommend turning it off after 30 minutes as it's not good for the motor to run too long at once, on these things. I say that as someone with like an easy thousand hours sitting against this type of neck massager. Thanks!
