    The condition was great as described, however, I was supposed to get 2 items. M y invoice even says I paid for 2 items. I only received 1. I contacted the seller last night and am waiting to hear back from them. Also, it took longer than I expected to get here - Texas to Illinois - with a delay here and there but I'm assuming that was weather related. I have never left a bad review and hope the seller gets back to me soon and makes this right so I can rate this 5 stars

    The item ordered is no longer available. Seller's order for this item was cancelled by vendor. Seller was only able to ship 1 pack to buyer. Seller crossed out the qty 2 and wrote 1 next to item quantity. Seller also noted on packing slip buyer was being refunded for one pack of the wax melts and seller issued the refund to buyer.

    EASIEST TO USE

    Very easy to use. Did not have to apply heat. Was able to re-color my hair in just a little over an hour. I had loreal 4G on my hair and it took it out. Your hair will be and orange/red when you are done and I DO NOT advise using a blonde color right away. I used loreal 7G ( dark golden blonde) and I still had an orange tone. Was advised by loreal expert that the lightest I could go at that point was Light Brown loreal 6 but I had to wait 48 hours and not wash my hair. Then after a couple months if I wanted to go lighter I could. I'm going light brown today so wish me luck..lol

    What this actually did to my hair became my new fav!!!

    This actually lightened most of my dark brown reddish hair that was colored with bleach 2 weeks ago when it was originally black and i caved for actual bleach for only 20 mins😱😱 this was a nice base touch to that few shades lighter the bleach did to the jet black❤️ also this product was worth it!! I could have used a third box instead of only 2 due to the nature of my hair length and thickness !!!! The fact i dont have dry or damaged hair from this remover is a saint💯🌸 very happy i could turn to a amazing product like this for the results i got!! I really don’t understand why people rate it bad on actual website??? I noticed :( they myst not be following directions properly because i did follow directions properly and it worked for me😉 and the only downside it was annoying to my scalp ...
