      not for lightweights

      I wanted something to pick up pins from the floor. This tool is far more magnet than I needed. It may be excellent for mechanics or auto shops. I am sure there are many practical uses. This item is well made. But I had to practically wrestle my sewing shears away from this. I will "gift" this to a male relative, and buy a much smaller, lightweight one.

      Works great!

      I bought this as stocking stuffer for my husband, who is obsessed with his tools and toys in the garage. This has turned into an incredibly useful tool for fishing out a plethora of dropped screws, nuts, nails, etc. Definitely worth it!

      "Picking up the Poundage"

      Excellent low cost tool to pick up unreachable items. I use it every day in the automotive manufacturing business were I work. The sides of the magnet doesn't stick to other pieces of metal so you can concentrate on picking up the dropped part and not have to worry what else is this magnet going to stick to. A protective covering is placed around the magnet on the sides to prevent this from happening. Great idea!

      Excellent tool
