THE FIRST 4 CAMERA PTZ SYSTEM WE ORDERED WAS OK SO MY FRIENDS ORDERED 2 OTHERS THIS WAS A BAAAD BUYER EXPERIENCE. THE SELLER ADVERTISES FALSELY THAT THE CAMERA HAS AUTO TRACKING BUT IT DOESNT. I SAY IT DOES NOT AUTO TRACK AND WHEN YOU CONTACT THE SELLER THEY TAKE YOU ROUND AND ROUND ASKING THE SAME QUESTIONS AND CANOT OFFER A SOLUTION. SOME OF THE CAMERAS KEEP POINTING TO THE GROUND NO MATTER HOW YOU SET THEM. SINCE ANRAN UPDATED THE FIRMWARE ALL HELL BROKE LOOSE WITH THESE SYSTEM
