I recommended that the lady go to see a microsoldering expert to have the issue rectified, but she couldn't be bothered to do that. the screen itself is fine

I literally fixed my computer in 2 hours it was looking horrible before i bought this kit this company is literally a lifesaver and so cheap. I thought i was going to have to spend 200+ dollars on getting it replaced by an IT guy but i decided to do it myself and it was so worth it. I just got the set, looked up a youtube video, and went from there. The screen is so clean and like new too. Thank you so much you literally save me hundreds, W company coming in clutch 🫡🫡

The replacement turned out to be the incorrect type for my laptop, so I contacted them, and they sent me the return packing slip the same day and sent me a link for the proper screen which I purchased. Great experience all around. Nice to see a company that stands behind their products and provides excellent customer service.

Later, that beautifully packed replacement seemed DOA (my old one still worked, it didn't), so I exchanged again, again cross shipped, and the new one is working beautifully.
