When I opened the issue with ebay, seller said he/she had mistakenly marked the item to be combined with another shipment (I did not buy another item, only the one in question) and had not sent it. Said it would be sent out 'today'. I responded that this was inadequate as I needed the item for a gift and requested that it be sent expedited. Seller refused as it would have added to his/her cost. Incompetent seller - buyer beware!
