    Item was incorrectly advertised as 14K white gold. It stated the following: metal: white gold metal purity: 14K base metal: white gold The ring is even stamped as 14K. When I contacted the seller they sent me a reply stating the following: “Dear buyer, greetings for the day! The metal is solid 14K white gold.” I Had an independent jeweler test the ring and it is plated, not 14K gold. I requested a return label and refund. Seller did not respond to my request for a refund. Ghosted me!
