For 13 days the UPS Tracking System reported that they did not have the item and the eBay tracking system only said the label was created. Communicating with the seller was unproductive. I finally filed a case asking for a refund. After that, as of Wednesday 1/22/25, the package finally had valid tracking information. It arrived today.
