    The jersey shirt I ordered had a large flaw in its stitching. The seller was very good about taking it back and refunding the money! Which was a kind gesture since his listing says he does not take returns .... However, I was still out $6 for my returned postage, on flawed item which was disappointing. I'm not sure why he'd want a flawed item back. Overall shipping was quick, response was quick when issue arose, and glad I got a refund.

    The jersey was from Franklin Sport Co. (I don't make these) and was in new (with clips attached) condition just as described in the listing. Buyer was not happy, but I did nothing wrong. So I offered a full $27 refund and processed it before getting the item back. I still haven't gotten it back as of this reply. So I lost the sale, paid for the shipping to back east, gave a full refund. I can only do so much and do my very best once a buyer purchases from me (been doing this for 21 years) !!!
