    Surprisingly good and inexpensive RC cars for indoors

    The cars are surprisingly sturdy and run for a long time on a set of batteries. We use rechargeables and don't usually run them down in a single session. We haven't actually built the track yet but the kids prefer to play bumper cars and "catch" with the cars on an upside down rug. Cars don't drive great on wood floor, too little traction. The cars are also really fast for indoors we were very surprised by that, and the steering is very precise. Highly recommended!

    1) this item functions a identical to a standard radio control car only requiring considerably less space in which to operate 2) this item has self driving cars that function on the track which is not limited by slots thus allowing you the user to race the auto driving car without having another driver present 3) this unit does not have slots thus allowing the users to overtake and pass the opponent wherever they want to 4) by photocopying the starting line black white black stripe one can make a dragstrip using the photo copy as the finish line and this race two cars on the same track simultaneously 5) 1/32 plastic cars can be modified to fit the drive chassis and I am using it to drive a 21 inch chrome tractor trailer which I am racing against my Indy car using a staggered start

    I now own 6 starter kits, 2 Expansion packs, 1 Crossover pack, 1 Pro Builders pack, No matter what you buy, you will have a great time and expansion is just a matter of room, the cars are easy to drive but make sure and read the manual for best results, go here for resources and Madness!

    I just love this race track. Very fun and entertaining. My son and a couple of his friend brought in the new year while racing. The more people on the track, the more exciting it is. Great product by Hot Wheels/ Mattel. I liked it so much that I purchased another one just as a backup track or cars in case something goes wrong..Definitely the coolest race track I have ever played with and I'm a grown man!
