    Quality with power to spare!

    I was a little reluctant to purchase this saw because of some reviewers' comments on weight. Yes, it is heavier than my 20 year old saw but at age 83 I have no problem with the weight factor. Perhaps if I worked in the sun 10 hours a day it might be a different story. This saw will handle any project I throw at it no matter how large or small. The battery is a bit pricey .... should get Senior discount. .

    Extremely heavy

    I’ve always loved Dewalt tools and they’ve always been dependable and function well. This circular saw is so heavy I see it as a safety issue. In a work situation you won’t always be in the best position body wise and with the weight of this having kick backs might be the least of your concerns.

    Saw is powerful and as advertised!

    I would highly recommend this saw to anyone wanting a higher powered 7 1/4 inch saw. For the price for the package was about what a new battery pack and charger was. Definitely worth the money.

    Great saw!

    Quality product, as much power as most plug-in sidewinders. Not too heavy. Could do without the 2ndary trigger safety nonsense, but aside from that the only complaint is the exhorbitant cost of the batteries.
