Pricing was way better than market rate and they also check out all the robots before they ship them. It looks really great in my lab, too! Ballard are a class act. There were some hiccups in shipping (carrier's fault) and a little mix-up in arranging which robot, and they handled both things immediately and proactively. You can not buy service better than what they provide by default.
