The Mushroom Kingdom's greediest garlic lover reprises his role of irrepressible 2D platformer anti-hero in Wario Land: Shake It!, a game that lives up to its title. Players hold the Wii Remote sideways, like an old NES controller, to guide Wario's running and jumping with the D-pad and buttons. A shake of the controller at the right time and place can set bombs bursting or blockades crumbling. The motion-sensing controller can also be used to shake coins from a moneybag, or the daylights out of an otherwise nasty adversary.<br><br>Once Wario has made it to what one might normally consider the "end" of a platform level, a little bird points a new path back to the start. Wario may find boost blocks to power him up with a speed and obstacle-busting momentum that looks to rival Sonic's own -- although he'll surely be tempted to slow down and grab as much loot as he can on his way back. Other levels have Wario riding unicycles and piloting submarines, using the tilt of the Wii Remote to keep in control.

    Ok Wario game

    Great visual game for fans of Wario. More tailored to newcomers not familiar with game for younger audience base. Stays true to whacky adventures and level design, new shake remote implementation and use of gyroscope in Wii remote. Story is bland and levels are very repetitive with no uniqueness that stands out from one world to the next but visually great. Hoping for a true Wario land sequel one day or Wario world sequel. Mario games get much more energy and emotional investment than our dear Wario does and it shows.

    I like it.

    This is a nice 2d platform and can be pretty underrated. I must say, except a couple of small scratches and the stickers on the case, this came in really good. The manual is in it as well. This is probably the best person and way to get this game from. Would buy from again.

    It’s pretty damn good

    The package game protected but the box for the game has small dent marks but it was fine. The disc was in great condition for a 10 year old game and the game is a hidden Wii gem (wario pun totally intended)

    A classic 2d platformer style game polished to perfection.

    Warioland Shake it is a beautiful platformer. The animation shines at almost everypoint and really this game really a sleeper hit on the Wii and a must have for wii owners that need a wario game in their library. The shaking mechanic is so dang satisfying.
