    Even though tips were never received, not Sellers fault, but USPS, Had a good communication with seller who refund ASAP the cost and added a discount for next purchase. Costumer should have the option to choose shipping carrier, I will be happy to pay for shipping, not to jeopardize loosing the package and loosing valuable time with USPS, who is a useless shipping carrier.
