I found out that the filter M1-302 is not available in the U.S. It is only in Canada. The filter M1-302A is the newer of the two filters and it is a better filter over all. If you are using a pure syhtetic oil in your truck or TV. This is the best filter for the Chevy 454 eng. with the Mobil 1 Synthetic High Mileage oil for the best performance and gas mileage.I went from 7.6 - 8.9 MPG up to 9 to 14 MPG in my Class A RV. Ran cooler too.
