No mention in description that this was a used return with broken parts. It had a return sticker affixed from Target and a spring lock clip broken in half that's supposed to go inside tube to hold parts together. Had to order replacement clips and send so they could use the jumper. Disappointed. Would have been better off spending the $5 extra to purchase from Walmart.
