    The ruby necklace is lovely, arrived from US to UK before delivery date. It was well packed. it looks much better than the picture. It is exactly as described . The price was reasonable as the seller agreed to accept a lower price, although the US tax brings the price on the higher level. But I love the vibrant ruby colour and the necklace is great.     20% is not American taxes. It is VAT that UK charges on all incoming goods. Ebay collects and send it to UK.
