    Item was as described and shipped quickly. But seller did a very poor job of packaging the 5 glasses. 2 ended up broke in transit. How all 5 were not broke is a mystery to me. Seller did issue me a partial refund so I was satisfied with the outcome. But if you get a breakable item you might want to request some better packaging, such as bubble wrap or maybe even newspaper rather than a few plastic grocery sacks.
