The springs bounce back completely and offer a complete linear resistance curve, you don't feel any strange sticking point like with resistance bands or cheaper expanders. As I negative, I don't think these springs are 10kg, they feel lighter. But with 7 you have a long time of progressive overload. It came really well packed and FAST, 10 days to Spain. Thank you!
