    I ordered this printer that I thought was New and two weeks later after the ship by date expired I messaged saying I want to cancel this order because I never received it. I had to buy a printer elsewhere because it didn't ship in time. Then I got the printer 2 days later and it is obviously well used, with a very low toner cartridge and not in original box. Now the seller will not even respond or give me any credit. I would NOT recommend this seller EVER! Horrible experience!

    Quirky but inexpensive.

    I buy a new or refurbed SAMSUNG LASER PRINTER every few years. It's far more cost effective than repairing them when they act up. The first one SAMSUNG EXPRESS that I received had to be returned because it was creasing paper. The replacement unit works great. Using a monochrome laser printer is also more cost effective than using ink jets for quick printouts when color isn't needed. I also don't plan on using the SAMSUNG EXPRESS for printing photos. Buy it as long as the seller gives free shipping. There's no better deal if you can bag one of these, new or refurbished for around $50, It is what it is, an inexpensive printer totally made out of plastic which will probably be good for a year or two.

    Good printer but the paper tray is annoying!

    Everything about this printer is great except for the paper tray. You have to manually pull the tab out in the back every time you load paper. At first I thought that the paper tray wasn't long enough until i pulled the whole tray out and noticed that the clip could be manually adjusted. This is a major flaw in design, but it's not a deal breaker for me. It prints fast and it took no time for me to set it up on the wifi through the installation disk. I can also print with my Samsung phone which is a plus. Overall, a good printer once you get over the paper tray flaw.

    Should have purchased sooner

    I put off buying a new printer because I haven't bought one in several years. In other words I was lost but didn't feel like spending hours researching tech articles. This printer came on a deal, and supposedly would work effortlessly with my Samsung tablet. It sure does. Two clicks later, I'm printing wirelessly from my tablet without bumbling around with manuals or cords or ethernet switches or logging into my router and assigning addresses. And yes, it's fast- very fast. And it has all the duplex bells and whistles my old $1000 dinosaur printer had, plus some it doesn't.

    Great compact mono printer with a solid brand name.

    The intended use for this printer is to simply print text. I do not intend to print graphics. And, for multiple pages it does a stellar job. Very clean and fast. Set up is very easy. Samsung is a great brand. I have a flatscreen that I would recommend to anyone -- just as much as I would recommend this printer for its ease of use.
