I originally ordered a liner that proved to be too short for my needs (as measured by a local pond builder and not Pond-Depot). After his price was too much, I found Pond-Depot and made my order from them. The liner (the other guy measured) arrived, but was too small. Pond-Depot very helpful in the return process and helped in selecting the correct size, which they then sent out. I appreciate their time and expertise on the matter.
