    My order came today. Box was partially opened and a mess. The cup was busted and unsalvageable. Very dissapointed that the seller didn’t put any bubble wrap around the cup only in a paper bag and secured the backpack with bubble wrap. It would have had a better outcome. I paid good money for this and her negulance needs to be addressed. Feeling very upset! It’s one problem that box was busted by USPS but the sellers problem to not protect items inside. Outcome would have been better!
