The polymailer the rug was sent in was also sticking to the rug. I then returned the rug, had to buy shipping supplies as original supplies were ruined when opening, and purchase a receipt at UPS for proof that it was returned, and I didn't receive any money off for my time or hassle for their error. I get things happen but it's how you handle the error that matters. Customer service is lacking
