Sold an item with a missing piece as NEW… waited to the last moment to communicate about a return… acted indignant in the communication… then is having the return package (that eBay stepped in to return) held at the post office so my return won’t process and refund.

    Very unreasonable buyer.as I said to you , I did not intentionally sell you this knowing there was a piece missing. It was a sealed unopened package that I sent to you. Since I was unaware of the missing piece , I did offer to give you a credit for the missing piece if you wanted to Keep the item and resolve the issue but you ignored this and decided to trash my reputation. I have been selling for many years and this is first time I have had a problem.also, box I got back was opened not sealed
