    Seller agreed to shipping if $20 not $39 prior to my making a bid as these items were small and light. Then she did not honor that when I won the auction. The way she has her account set up EBay automatically charges your card as soon as auction ends. Refused a refund for excess shipping saying “seller needs to implement it.”Customer service said not true. She shipped it very slowly on top of horrible service. Just as heads up.
