Unfortunately the " ~ ` " on the American keyboard is near the " 1 ! ", and on the Brazilian keyboard is placed as a smaller key near the "Right Shift". I offered the customer to return the item despite not accepting returns. The customer refused to accept the explanation and did not respond, but left a negative anyway. We tried our best.
