    This beautiful Waterford wine glass arrived in a carefully packed box. It is clear that the seller wanted to make sure that it arrived in pristine condition. It is exactly as described by the on line. We had an issue with the delivery by the USPS system. They "misdelivered" the package. I reported this to the USPS and ebay. The seller and I were both aggravated. The seller was very responsive to my messages. We were both relieved when USPS found the package and delivered it to me.

    Very poor packaging. Pan was placed in a cardboard box without any protective packing material, not even any newspaper. I am surprised that I received the pan without any damage. Other than that, everything was as advertised and it is a very nice copper pan!
