    I cannot say enough good things about Bison Commerce's customer service. I had ordered 2 Mandalay Iron Glider chairs. Both arrived promptly and in good condition. However, one of the chairs had a manufacturing defect (no fault of the seller). I contacted the seller (there was no contact info for the manufacturer) and described the problem. BC's customer service team went above and beyond to fix the situation in a very timely manner. I would not hesitate to purchase another item from BC.

    It's Got to Be Flokati

    This wonderful product might not be so well known in the United States, but it is a must have in Europe. After over 30 years of experience, I wouldn't be happy without the wonderful feeling (on bare feet) and the lush and comfortable look this product bestows upon (feet) and your home. It is original sheep's wool, often from New Zealand, then hand knotted in Turkey. This is an ancient tradition and is passed on from father to offspring, often for hundreds of years. My very first apartment in college had to have one, and since I've been in the States (over 30years) I have always had one (actually more than one). My cats love them, too and I have to straighten the rugs often. Put on ceramic tile, wood or vinyl flooring you might want to add a no-slip mat underneath it. They are very ...
