      Item got lost by shipper. Took longer than reasonable to get refund. Communication wasn't the best. After eBay was involved communication was fast and great and was refunded. It is the Christmas shopping season so I'm sure the seller is extra busy and they did offer to send me another order through a different shipper but they did not have my boot size that the shipper lost the first time. I would buy from this seller again but not use the United States Postal Serice as a shipper.
