    Great little ladder

    The ladder is very good. Stable, good height for around the house, fairly light weight and nice innovative design. The latching system for the legs makes it a little hard to open. Disappointed in the way it was shipped and the condition it arrived. No packaging of any kind. The ladder looks used, not "New" as stated. I'll keep it because functionally it works, cosmetically it looks bad and it is to much of a hassle to send back. I'm not sure I'll order from ZORO again.
