        Flawed printing

        The exercises themselves seemed beneficial. And easy to do for seniors but the print in the book was so light and barely readable. Also on tge right side of the pages was the illustration of the chair yoga stances and these seemed so faded and not printed dark enough to be able to read and use the book. The printing is flawed in my book.
