Shipping was slightly delayed, but that delay happened after it's arrival in Korea so that's okay. Other than that, it is MUCH cheaper than getting your headband "repaired" by the Apple Genius Bar. Once I asked, Apple replied with about US$ 300 of price, which is simply irrational. Anyhow, seller was extremely kind and responsive. It fits perfectly to my 4-year-old AirPods Max. Hope he continues selling this later on.

That was not good enough, the customer demanded a refund and threatened to use a negative review and feedback to get a free item. Unfortunately, ebay does not protect sellers like they do with the buyers. The claims made are false. The only difference was the color of the battery coating, everything else is the same as in the listing. The customer is not always right, especially in this case.
