We did get great help from the seller, I was able to program keys with all keys lost as advertised, but need two cut keys to do it. Fortunately, I had a none programed cut key to cut two programable keys with. Much cheaper than a locksmith or Dealer. It's also great code reader, will come in very handy in the future.
