The weld on the back right was broken and it was causing me to lean backwards while mowing. This was a perfect fit and looks as described in the ad. The installation was simple and straight forward and took about thirty minutes. I didn't want to spend over four hundred dollars for an OEM seat on an older model mower and this was a great options for the price. I like that this seat has arm rests as the original did not.
