    I MISTAKENLY sent you the wrong pair and immediately sent you a refund. The Tempo and Tenor boxes are exactly the same. It was an honest mistake that was immediately resolved with an apology. Does that warrant a negative feedback? I sold 7 pair of Bose Tempo frames before I mistakenly sent the wrong pair to you. Look at pictures of both boxes and you will see that they are identical boxes. It was an honest mistake. Mistake was immediately resolved and did not cost you anything.
