    When I bought the item it was condition 'new and sealed' but while opening the package I noticed a large dent right away at the bottom of the case (i have included images as proof). Wanting to give the buyer an opportunity to fix this I contacted them directly but they were insistent that the item was intact when it left their premises. However it arrived at me clearly damaged and they refused to swop out the item. I am very unhappy with this service and my review reflects this.

    Love it so much it hurts.

    I want to recommend this product, I do, however; the bow string will bite pretty hard against your wrist. Repeated use by a kid could cause them pain. As a parent, I want to spend money on a toy my kid will love to play with, not avoid due to being scared of getting hurt. Hasbro should have provided some sort of hand/wrist guard with this. A simple QA test would have caught this pre-release.
