These bits are phillips bits. The discribed bits are JIP (Japan Industrial Standard). I contacted the seller and ask for some JIP BITS to be fowarded. The t handle has scratches and the weld is not like the picture. I would not beleive made in Japan. The t handle will work, still short on JIS bits. Thats buying online. Seller needs a new picture and acurrate discription for be
