When I contacted the seller to ask why it was listed as “new, unopened as it would be in a retail store” I also sent pictures. They denied that the description of the item was misleading and quit responding. I thought I was buying a completely sealed item. I’m not sure yet if the watch is damaged, as it’s a gift.
