    The package was new and as described but it arrived bent and a little morphed due to being shipped in a bag and not a box. The carriers do not take care of the packages properly. It is a Loungefly purse/ bag that should have been shipped in a box. Otherwise, the product was good and super cute. I would buy from here again but request box shipping.
