    These cameras are a great addition to my monitoring system, very easy setup and video quality is impressive in normal viewing as well as night vision. I would recommend them to anyone looking to supplement their current system with additional cameras.

    Nice, easy to connect to base, and a quick setup

    Overall a great product but the cost versus quality was a little higher than I expect the since the model was quite a few years old and the video is not bad and the movement is certainly older technology. However, the ease of connecting is great and the range of the wireless is pretty good. It would have been better if the units had the ability to be hardwired rather than only offering an AC plug.

    Wireless, night vision, microphone...wide view! Uniden Senior Engineer for a couple years at Uniden America Corporation (UAC), tested this product as well. CONNECT right up to our G955 wirelessly without any configuration changes but there is a "learn" button on the camera power cord & a "pair" option under Settings - Cameras...as a fallback. It also is MUSIC to my ear testicles to bring up the camera in full screen & hear the audio stream from the camera microphone. The GC45-EXR is the extended range version of GC45 better picture quality and longer range for those that require cameras deployed further away from the touchscreen (antenna).     Problem Solver

    This solved a distance problem I was having with an original camera that came with my G755 system. It took some time for the system to recognize the new camera, but once it did, the camera became rock-solid in the system. It is still working very well.
