      Items are authentic and were shipped promptly. I failed to realize these bags were only 7 servings each, whereas Ka'Chava's standard bag is 15 servings, so the overall deal wasn't as good as I thought. But, I am enjoying the product, nonetheless. It's pretty chocolatey to me, so I add milk to thin and use slightly less powder. I also found if you mix the powder in hot liquid, then blend and serve hot or over ice, it is less chalky/gritty.
