However the person I spoke with was very nice. They did not know size either because he was not in possession of this display.

Value on this item wasn't bad it was a good deal price wise, and for shipping it was a little slow but I'm not very picky on shipping times as long as I get my order in one piece (no pun intended lol). I ordered on the 7th, shipping label was created the 12th and it was shipped on the 18th or 19th I then received the item today on the 24th. So overall good experience with the seller.
