It was delivered to the incorrect address. I confirmed with Mualko that it was shipped to my address prior to contacting FedEx. I also had the picture that they delivered to the wrong house. I sent everything to FedEx and they said there was nothing they could do. The company stepped up and immediately sent me another flag at no cost to me & a new flag as soon as they came in!!
