    Communication with the seller was good. Package arrived with her hands holding the heart broken off. Packaging was good. I knew it had to be how the drivers handled the package. We didn't even notice the hands missing it first so we threw the box out. When we realized it I messaged the seller and he said they were intact so we ran out and found the box BEFORE we burned it and found her little hands. My husband immediately did surgery on her and reconnected them. Operation was a success.
