After almost 2 weeks I had to reach out to them to request an update. After finally being told they would file a claim with FedEx I had to reach out yet again for an update. It’s been several more days and still no update from the seller. It's a slow process, and unfortunately, there's nothing that I can do to speed it up. I'm still going to send the refund as soon as the claim is resolved.

He communicated frequently through this process including sending pictures of original box and of shipping label. Was shocked at how quickly it arrived and in excellent condition.
