But unfortunately, the seller Barbara FAILED TO PACKAGE the doll safely. Doll was placed into unfitting narrow box, so the doll's face and head was sticking out of the box during the rough shipping. The bubble wrap didn't help, it got smashed on doll's face, together with the nose! I asked Barbara the reasons for such NEGLECFUL PACKAGING. She didn't have any force major or special reasons. Just didn't care...
