However, the fascinator was undamaged and perfect for our tea party. This is not a milliner quality item, but neither was it a milliner’s price, and it was for a one time occasion, so I am satisfied and would order again in a different color if my outfit/occasion required. For a formal occasion, however, I’d search (and pay extra) for something a bit more sophisticated.
