I opened a case after a week, and instead of helping, the seller responded with attitude, saying things like “you don’t know what’s going on.” Completely unprofessional. To top it off, the packaging was a joke—half the bumper bar was sticking out of the bag when it arrived. Awful communication, rude tone, and careless handling. This was not my fault but the courier yodel which was provided by eBay.
