    The parcel turned up in the letterbox and was opened ,when i tooked it out,the item looked used, it wasnt sealed in plastic,there wasnt anything around it like the ebay photo,papaer/cardboard ,and inside it had no keys, Seller wanted to give me 30% off,but i said No, cause this was a present for my friend, I couldnt give this to her,so it was usless, I wanted a free return label,to send it back to get full refund, Now seller wont respond to my emails or ebay warning seller to give me a label.
