      Lightweight with lots of power.

      A great product. As far as I know, the Makita Disk sander for size and power is the best one on the market. Its the only one that I have used.

      Give me the old school

      My old sander, that took the thick sanding disk, that could withstand the punishment of sanding a house, was stolen. And while this type of sand paper does cut and sand very well, it does not last very long, and is damaged very easily under major stress. Another thing I used to do is sand down all my puddy knives and 6" knives. No more. Seems every time the blade manages to cut the paper after a few seconds. I see now why they sell the sheets in 40 pc. boxes. I probably went through half a box just sanding down some old cabinets.

      Great machine !!

      This item was everything as it is advertised to be. It's light enough to use one handed if need be but very powerful so most times two hands are needed. I can see years of use and time saved by it's use. Great little machine!

      Save your Compressor! Replace your Air DA....

      This thing is just about perfect... It is light and powerful. I would add a variable trigger.. Not a big deal though. Works better than my pneumatic one. Got sick of hearing the Compressor run and water dripping out of my air DA.... You won't be sorry with this one.
